Terms of Service
Effective 28 October 2026. By using Proxmox AI or installing its plugin, you agree to the following.
What this service is
Proxmox AI is a multi-organization control panel on top of Proxmox VE, together with an MCP server that runs on your own machine. It connects your AI client to your own Proxmox installation. It is not a hosting provider: your Proxmox infrastructure remains yours, and your responsibility.
Your responsibilities
- Credentials. Keep your API keys and password safe. A leaked key can be revoked from the dashboard at any time, and a machine you have not approved cannot use it.
- What you confirm. No change runs until someone presses Confirm. A change you approve is a change you intended, and your name is on it in the audit log.
- Your infrastructure. Backups, capacity, networking, and the continued operation of your Proxmox remain your responsibility.
- Lawful use. Do not use this service to reach infrastructure you have no right to, or to break any applicable law.
Our responsibilities
- Keeping organizations separated at the database level.
- Running no change against your Proxmox without a human confirmation.
- Never handing your Proxmox credentials to any AI model.
- Recording every confirmed change in an audit log you can read.
No warranty
This service is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. The client software is MIT licensed, which says the same thing in its own legal wording. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from use of this service — including changes you confirmed yourself.
AI agents get things wrong. That is why every change stops at Confirm and shows you the plan and its warnings first. Read the plan before you press Confirm.
Availability
No uptime is promised. The service may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time. If it is discontinued, you will be given reasonable time to retrieve your data.
Ending an account
You can leave at any time by deleting your organization; all of its data goes with it. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or endangers the service and its users.
Software licence
The MCP server and its plugin are MIT licensed and open at GitHub. You may read, modify, and run them yourself. The platform itself is not covered by that licence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
